This Privacy Policy describes how “Feeds” (the “App”) handles information when you use our Zoom integration. We prioritize a “local-first” architecture to ensure maximum privacy and security for broadcasters.

1. Data We Do NOT Collect

Because this App utilizes a Public Client (PKCE) architecture, we do not operate a centralized backend database that stores your personal meeting data.

• No Video/Audio Storage: We do not see, record, or transmit your Zoom video or audio streams to any external servers. All ISO feed processing happens locally on your computer within OBS Studio.
• No Meeting Metadata: We do not collect or store meeting titles, participant lists, or chat logs on our servers.

2. Information Handled Locally

To function, the App handles the following data strictly on your local device:

• OAuth Tokens: Zoom Access and Refresh tokens are stored exclusively on your local machine using OS-native secure storage (such as Windows DPAPI or macOS Keychain). These are used to authorize the Meeting SDK to pull video feeds.
• ZAK Tokens: Used solely to attribute the local meeting join to your authorized Zoom user account.

3. Third-Party Data Sharing

The App only communicates with Zoom Video Communications, Inc. to facilitate the integration. No data is shared with, or sold to, any other third parties. If you choose to use the App’s monetization features, transaction data is handled securely by Stripe; we do not store your credit card or billing details.

4. Data Subject Rights (Your Rights)

We respect your rights regarding your data. Since we do not store your data on our servers, you have full control:

• Right to Access/Portability: Your data (tokens) stays on your machine. You can access or move these files at any time via your local file system.
• Right to Erasure (Deletion): You can delete all data associated with this App by simply uninstalling the plugin and deauthorizing the App in your Zoom App Marketplace settings.
• Right to Revoke: You may revoke the App’s access to your Zoom account at any time via the Zoom Marketplace “Manage” section.

5. Data Retention

We retain zero user data on our infrastructure. Local tokens remain on your device until you choose to log out or uninstall the App.
