Welcome to Music Room. By adding or using Music Room (the “App”), whether inside Zoom or in a web browser, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License Grant

Music Room is provided free of charge. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Let’s Do Video grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for teaching, learning, and practicing music, including during lessons held in Zoom.

2. Zoom Integration & Compliance

• Third-Party Requirements: Music Room is a Zoom App built with the Zoom Apps SDK. Your use of the App inside Zoom is also subject to the Zoom Terms of Service and the Zoom App Marketplace Terms of Use.
• No Access to Meeting Content: The App does not access, record, or store meeting audio, video, chat, or transcripts. Its tools (fretboard, Circle of Fifths, chord library, metronome, and tuner) run entirely within the App. The tuner listens to your microphone only in the web browser version and only when you start it, and analyzes the sound on your device without recording or sending it.
• Sharing Features: Features that show the App to other meeting participants, such as Collaborate, share only the App’s own content (for example, the selected key, scale, or chord). You are responsible for using these features appropriately in your meetings.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App in violation of any applicable laws, to attempt to disrupt or overload the service, or to attempt to access data belonging to other users or meetings.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including its design and code, are and will remain the exclusive property of Let’s Do Video. Zoom is a trademark of Zoom Video Communications, Inc. Music Room is an independent integration and is not officially endorsed by Zoom.

5. Free Service and Optional Tips

Music Room is free, with no paid features or subscriptions. We may offer an optional way to leave a tip, through a link in the App or on our website. Tips are entirely voluntary, do not purchase any product, feature, or service, and do not create any obligation of support.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WHILE WE WORK TO KEEP ITS MUSICAL CONTENT (SUCH AS CHORD DIAGRAMS, FINGERINGS, SCALES, KEY SIGNATURES, AND TUNER READINGS) ACCURATE, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT IT IS ERROR-FREE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES, NOR DO WE GUARANTEE COMPATIBILITY WITH FUTURE UPDATES OF ZOOM. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LET’S DO VIDEO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LESSON INTERRUPTIONS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE APP.

8. Termination and Discontinuation

We reserve the right to terminate your license to use the App at any time if you violate these Terms. Because Music Room is a free service, we may also modify, suspend, or discontinue it at any time. You may stop using the App at any time by removing it from your Zoom account through the Zoom App Marketplace.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the App or to Zoom’s platform. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
