Bank Tellers Videoconference With Customers Through Interactive Teller Machines

Louisville, Ky. (WDRB) – Commonwealth Bank and Trust Company is using technology to assist customers face-to-face after bank hours. The bank just rolled out Interactive Teller Machines in the drive-thru that allow people to video conference with a teller to make transactions, even when the lobby is closed.

“Our new hours are going to be on the ITMs from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. until 4 p.m.,” said David Ising, Chief Retail Officer at Commonwealth Bank and Trust Company.
