Zoom Launches AI Tools
Zoom has announced the launch of new generative AI features that will aid users in composing emails and chat messages.
The features, integrated into Zoom IQ, have been developed in collaboration with OpenAI, the creator of ChatGPT, and will also summarize chat threads and create meeting agendas.
The three key features of the new AI tools include chat compose, email compose, and meeting summary. The email products, which were announced last year, are now available and allow users to plug in third-party email services such as Outlook and Gmail into the Zoom platform.
Additionally, Zoom Calendar has been given a makeover with a new persistent sidebar and the Zoom Contact Center is now available globally with a new workforce engagement management feature.
