The awards recognize customers around the globe who are deploying BlueJeans solutions to achieve outcomes that positively drive their business and society forward. The 2020 BlueJeans Best-of-Breed Award category winners and honorees are:

Best Large-Scale Deployment – Winner: Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany

Recognition of the most successful BlueJeans deployment at an enterprise-level organization to not only solve departmental issues, but also to future-proof their enterprise to scale and improve collaboration across departments or the entire organization.

Honorable Mention: Electrolux, McCarthy Building Companies

Most Innovative Use Case​ – Winner: University of Louisville
Recognition of an organization that has demonstrated superior skills in applying video conferencing technology to support an insightful and creative use case outside of standard meetings, for example to improve a core process internally or with external stakeholders.

Honorable Mention: Tap Into Freedom, Opus Interactive

Biggest Impact (Business, Social/Community) – Winner: The Global Fund

Recognition of an organization that has documented return on investment as a result of their BlueJeans deployment. This could be a quantitative ROI in terms of value per dollar spent and people hours saved or qualitative ROI such as improved culture, productivity gains, or reduced risk. This could also mean recognition of an organization that is using BlueJeans to drive social, environmental or cultural outcomes.

Honorable Mention: National Geographic, Miller Mediation and Solution, Inc.

Best Collaboration Champion/Team – Winner: Amicus Therapeutics
Recognition of an IT leader (or team) responsible for driving business value through technology innovation. This category honors those people who have made profound contributions to their organization by developing strong relationships with their stakeholders and strategically using BlueJeans solutions to enhance team collaboration. The award is a true reflection of technical, leadership, and collaboration accomplishments with BlueJeans solutions.

Honorable Mention: New Relic, Sense Corp

To compete in the 2020 BlueJeans Best of Breeds Awards, customers submitted their deployment stories in one of six categories, where a panel of judges evaluated the submissions based on their creativity and business impact. This year’s judging panel included:
