Divorced Father Builds Ingenious Telepresence Robot So He Can Hang Out With His Children

It’s often difficult to be a constant part of your children’s lives after a divorce.

Skyping can be hard, as the child has to sit in front of a computer for a length of time, and they may be busy and have other things to do.

This divorced father, Matt Walker, came up with a great solution.

He taught himself electronics, bought a soldering iron and spent three years building a telepresence robot so he could spend time with his children.
