Comcast Business (booth 511) announces the availability of SIP trunking throughout its entire service area, which covers 39 states and 20 of the nation’s top 25 markets. SIP enables scalability and simplified management, and complements Comcast’s full voice portfolio, including cloud-based hosted PBX, PRI trunks and business voice offerings.
Comview Corporation (booth 224) announces the latest enhancements to the global management and reporting capabilities of its Wireless Mobility Management (WMM) solution. Comview will be showcasing its integrated fixed/wireless telecom management and call accounting suite.
Cloud communications provider, Corvisa (booth 221), has just announced the launch of its channel partner program. HeyWire (booth 1642) will showcase customer texting for business. The HeyWire LiveText service brings two-way, SMS texting to contact centers. Customers can text to sales and service teams via existing 1-800 and business phone numbers. HeyWire will demonstrate new contact center Agent and mobile Messenger texting offerings for Salesforce.com, Avaya and Interactive Intelligence.
HuddleCamHD (booth 544) is announcing the release of the world’s first wireless USB pan tilt zoom camera at Enterprise Connect 2015. This “Zero-Latency” 1080p video conferencing camera will be on display at both 544. Designer Matthew Davis will be onsite for demonstrating the HuddleCam Air using GoToMeeting, Skype, WebEX, Lync and Zoom.US.
IBM (booth 744), “Best of EC15” finalist, will showcase IBM Verse. Impact Technologies (booth 207) and PathSolutions (booth 482) have signed a strategic technology partnership. The integration of Traffic Analyst and TotalView provides telecom managers unprecedented visibility into network utilization and performance with deep forensic capability to streamline and optimize operations.
Jupiter Systems (booth 1701) announces Canvas 3.0, new version of its powerful, award-winning Collaborative Visualization System. Artificial intelligence allows the Kodak Info Insight Platform to understand customer requests regardless of communication channel and provides contact center agents with a 360-degree view of all customer interactions.
Konftel (booth 442) can now provide client integration with the market’s three leading UC platforms: Microsoft Lync, Cisco Jabber and Avaya One-X. The graphical user interface in Konftel’s conference devices in the 55 series makes it easy to handle calls and maintain a good overview.

Level 3 will unveil a voice ecosystem of unified communications and collaboration (UC&C) applications into its Cloud Connect solution.
The world’s first automated “in-call” interpreter has added SONY as a distribution partner. SONY will make available the Lexifone app in its mobile devices in overseas markets. Lexifone (booth 743) is also expanding its platform to developers by providing an SDK., allowing companies to utilize the translation platform to enhance products.
Logitech (booth 1835) will demonstrate the new Logitech ConferenceCam Connect, an anytime, anywhere portable videoconferencing device. The company will also showcase the new Logitech PTZ Pro Camera, a premium USB-enabled HD 1080p PTZ video camera for use in conference rooms, education, healthcare and other professional video work spaces.
MiaRec (booth 1735) proudly introduces MiaRec 5.0 suite of call recording and quality management products for contact centers and businesses. MiaRec Suite version 5.0 features a new web interface, expanded reporting and advanced speech analytics functionality.
Mitel (booth 909) will preview cloud communications, contact center and UC solutions. This includes applications that help improve the customer experience, boost productivity and enable collaboration. Mitel will showcase UC solutions for Microsoft Lync, Salesforce.com and Google. The company will demonstrate what it believes to be the best path to cloud communications.
