Enterprise Connect Orlando 2015 Previews New Products & Services From More than 50 Exhibitors

Expo Hall to Host 175 of the Top Enterprise Communications Companies, March 16-19

8×8, Inc. (booth 1513) will show Virtual Office Analytics – A powerful suite of cloud-based analytics reporting tools designed to provide enterprises with insights into all real-time and historical inbound and outbound communications trends. IT professionals can manage all endpoints on their network along with 8×8’s industry-first call quality and uptime SLAs.

Acano (booth 1237), a “Best of Enterprise Connect” finalist for the second straight year, unveils Acano Open, allowing non-Lync users including SIP, H.323 and even WebRTC to join standard Outlook-scheduled Lync meetings with an unprecedented user experience. Acano will also demonstrate advances in global distributed deployments, redesigned layouts built to model active conversations and Acano Manager 2.0.

The newest OpenTouch Suite from Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise (booth 721) extends collaboration at the desk and on the go. Telephony services, instant messaging, web conferencing and HD video are now combined into a single application. Updated OpenTouch Conversation interface creates a personalized connected experience, reduces complexity and extends visual collaboration capabilities.

Altocloud (WebRTC booth C) announces Altocloud Predictive Communications, which combines machine learning with voice, video and chat interactions, and content personalization. Altocloud allows organizations to analyze customer journeys to identify the right web and mobile visitors and the best moments to communicate to impact business outcomes.

AGT (booth 643) introduces the Alliance Suite, a three-practice service model of design, integration and management services that enhance, grow and future-proof an organization’s collaborative environment. AGT’s end-to-end solution equips clients with the “Collaboration Room of the Future,” ensuring a quality experience is had by all users.

Auditmacs (booth 1900), a leader in wireline, cloud, and mobility lifecycle management announces the opening of their state-of-the-art Mobility Logistics Center to address the growing and complex needs of enterprise organizations. Avaya (booth 405) will announce new integrated solutions and end user capabilities that enable deeper engagement among teams collaborating over distances. Applied Voice & Speech Technologies, Inc. (AVST) (booth 1029) debuts CX-E 8.6, the latest release of its Unified Communications (UC) platform for enterprises that are transforming their UC infrastructure for the future. AVST also debuts its TeamQ™ solution, a cost-effective informal call center that facilitates collaboration among workers.

Blue Jeans Network (booth 1789), the leader in cloud video collaboration, automates the conference room experience with Blue Jeans Relay. This software-powered integration of customer-premise equipment and calendar applications removes dial strings and meeting IDs from the conference room workflow: instead, participants see and join scheduled meetings with a touch-to-join tablet app.

BroadSoft (booth 1437) will showcase an extensive range of unified communications (UC) capabilities that are delivered via UCaaS.  BroadSoft will demonstrate how BroadSoft-powered UCaaS combines with cloud-based CRM solutions to bring new and more powerful customer service capabilities.

CaféX Communications (booth 329) announces its partnership with Humanify, a leading provider of cloud-based customer engagement solutions, to deliver end-to-end personalized customer care in an Omnichannel environment. The joint solution integrates enterprise systems with data analytics, WebRTC in-app communication and Live Assist® to facilitate rich engagement between the right experts and customers.

Comcast Business (booth 511) announces the availability of SIP trunking throughout its entire service area, which covers 39 states and 20 of the nation’s top 25 markets. SIP enables scalability and simplified management, and complements Comcast’s full voice portfolio, including cloud-based hosted PBX, PRI trunks and business voice offerings.

Comview Corporation (booth 224) announces the latest enhancements to the global management and reporting capabilities of its Wireless Mobility Management (WMM) solution. Comview will be showcasing its integrated fixed/wireless telecom management and call accounting suite.

Cloud communications provider, Corvisa (booth 221), has just announced the launch of its channel partner program. The new program will extend the reach of Corvisa’s products and Summit Platform, giving the partner community a new level of flexibility and scalability to support SMBs to top tier enterprise contact centers.

Discover Video (booth 1925) announces DEVOS 4, a feature rich Enterprise Video Platform for live and on-demand executive broadcasts, town hall meetings, on-line training, and IPTV. DEVOS, on-premises or cloud based, can deliver thousands of HD streams to computers, TVs, and mobile devices. It integrates with Active Directory, SharePoint, and LMS systems.

DisplayNote Technologies (booth 235) brings real-time collaboration, presentation and communication solutions to Enterprise Connect for the first time with 2 new product launches. ‘Swoodle’ is an app which provides call, chat and co-editing of documents on devices and ‘Montage’ allows sharing of multiple device screens simultaneously to interactive meeting displays.

Firebind (booth 2024) will showcase its network visibility solution for security and network operations teams. Using highly-distributed software agents that emulate real-world user traffic, Firebind provides continuous network path visibility by executing security and performance tests between deployed agents, achieving levels of insight into network behavior never before available.

Glip, Inc. (Booth 1842) announces the release of Glip 2, the modern business messaging app that includes in-stream productivity tools, now with enhanced project management features. Glip is built with chat and video conferencing at its core, and includes file sharing with automatic version control, auto-synching calendars, and search. Glip boosts team productivity.

HeyWire (booth 1642) will showcase customer texting for business. The HeyWire LiveText service brings two-way, SMS texting to contact centers. Customers can text to sales and service teams via existing 1-800 and business phone numbers. HeyWire will demonstrate new contact center Agent and mobile Messenger texting offerings for Salesforce.com, Avaya and Interactive Intelligence.

HuddleCamHD (booth 544) is announcing the release of the world’s first wireless USB pan tilt zoom camera at Enterprise Connect 2015. This “Zero-Latency” 1080p video conferencing camera will be on display at both 544. Designer Matthew Davis will be onsite for demonstrating the HuddleCam Air using GoToMeeting, Skype, WebEX, Lync and Zoom.US.

IBM (booth 744), “Best of EC15” finalist, will showcase IBM Verse. Using advanced design thinking, the latest in social analytics, and delivered from the cloud on mobile devices or desktops, IBM Verse helps you prioritize work, personalize your work experience, build stronger working relationships, and frees up time for higher value work.

Impact Technologies (booth 207) and PathSolutions (booth 482) have signed a strategic technology partnership.  The integration of Traffic Analyst and TotalView provides telecom managers unprecedented visibility into network utilization and performance with deep forensic capability to streamline and optimize operations.

Jupiter Systems (booth 1701) announces Canvas 3.0, new version of its powerful, award-winning Collaborative Visualization System. Canvas 3.0 delivers enhanced communication, collaboration and content sharing throughout the enterprise, including Microsoft Lync® integration, shared voice chat, ability to connect with remote non-Canvas users and to support Canvas CRS-4K for conference and huddle rooms

Kodak Alaris (booth 1901) showcases a new approach to master the multi-channel challenge, operate more efficiently and deliver outstanding customer service. Artificial intelligence allows the Kodak Info Insight Platform to understand customer requests regardless of communication channel and provides contact center agents with a 360-degree view of all customer interactions.

Konftel (booth 442) can now provide client integration with the market’s three leading UC platforms: Microsoft Lync, Cisco Jabber and Avaya One-X. The graphical user interface in Konftel’s conference devices in the 55 series makes it easy to handle calls and maintain a good overview.

Global telecommunications provider Level 3 (booth 228) delivers efficient, application-centric enterprise communications via its Voice CompleteSM, hosted Contact Center Services and full portfolio of collaboration solutions. Level 3 will unveil a voice ecosystem of unified communications and collaboration (UC&C) applications into its Cloud Connect solution.

The world’s first automated “in-call” interpreter has added SONY as a distribution partner. SONY will make available the Lexifone app in its mobile devices in overseas markets. Lexifone (booth 743) is also expanding its platform to developers by providing an SDK., allowing companies to utilize the translation platform to enhance products.

Logitech (booth 1835) will demonstrate the new Logitech ConferenceCam Connect, an anytime, anywhere portable videoconferencing device. The company will also showcase the new Logitech PTZ Pro Camera, a premium USB-enabled HD 1080p PTZ video camera for use in conference rooms, education, healthcare and other professional video work spaces.

MiaRec (booth 1735) proudly introduces MiaRec 5.0 suite of call recording and quality management products for contact centers and businesses. MiaRec Suite version 5.0 features a new web interface, expanded reporting and advanced speech analytics functionality.

Mitel (booth 909) will preview cloud communications, contact center and UC solutions. This includes applications that help improve the customer experience, boost productivity and enable collaboration. Mitel will showcase UC solutions for Microsoft Lync, Salesforce.com and Google. The company will demonstrate what it believes to be the best path to cloud communications.

NEC (booth 1121) will showcase solutions designed for today’s Smart Enterprise.These solutions leverage NEC technologies to deliver optimized business practices, drive workforce engagement and create a competitive edge. NEC will demo UC/Collaboration, WebRTC and UCaaS Contact Center, business analytics, SDN and a range of vertical-focused solutions.

One Source Networks (booth 2012), a global leader in UC and managed services, will be showcasing its Cloud Lync Enterprise offering along with partner The Via Group. Cloud Lync Enterprise is a fully-managed, global Lync product that provides the feature functionality of an on-premises solution, delivered as a service.

PathSolutions (booth 482) announces TotalView 6, a root-cause troubleshooting solution for VoIP networks. The latest release analyzes all corners of your network and beyond, isolating the specific locations and plain-English faults that cause call quality problems whether they occur inside your network or in the cloud.

PCLiquidations.com (booth 1840) will debut an online PC & telecom trade-in / buyback portal. The portal will be a fast easy way to receive a bid and sell used IT gear. PCLiquidations.com has been a leader in refurbished computers and business phones since 1991.

Pexip (booth 2021) will showcase the next version of its multi award-winning Infinity meeting platform. Infinity introduces industry-leading features such as built-in streaming to YouTube and enterprise CDN solutions, conference-wide chat, updated Infinity Connect client, and multiple user experience refinements that make the platform even more fit for the enterprise.

Phoenix Audio Technologies (booth 1137) will unveil a new addition to the Spider family – the Smart Spider. The Smart Spider offers flexibility of use in BYOD environments with your smartphone or tablet, or in large-scale conference rooms by daisy chaining to Spider Conference Phones.

PhyBridge (booth 943) and PathSolutions (booth 482) have signed a strategic technology partnership.  PhyBridge’s unique infrastructure along with PathSolutions’ Total Network Visibility allows telecom teams to do rapid, worry-free upgrades to VoIP and also offer IaaS as a combined solution.

Revolabs, Inc. (booth 835) showcases superior audio call quality with its FLX line of USB conference phones for Unified Communications. Revolabs is now shipping the FLX UC 1000—the only huddle room phone capable of bridging SIP and USB calls. Provides full-duplex support with four embedded microphones and fully integrated echo cancellation.

At Enterprise Connect, SMART Technologies (booth 1035) will be showing off its award-winning SMART kapp digital capture board, featuring Premium Services and now orderable in two sizes. The company will also showcase its newest managed service offering and its Visual Collaboration Solutions such as the SMART Room System for Skype for Business.

Spectrum (booth 132) will showcase NeXorce Enterprise and its new full suite of contact center reporting applications. Optimized reporting with multi-channel data (voice, email, chat and internal ODBC) and targeted for the manager, supervisor and agents.

SpeechStorm (booth 445) has announced the launch of the ‘Kubrick’ release of its Personalization Platform which includes enhanced Mobile eXperience capabilities, a new ‘Super Queue’ capability for Genesys, PCI-compliant payments for SaaS customers and other features. Kubrick also extends SpeechStorm support to Oracle database and Cisco Unified Customer Voice Portal (CVP).

Sprint (booth 521), “Best of EC15” finalist, will showcase a new integrated and fully managed communication and connectivity solution to help save businesses time and money: offload design and management of workplace technology, eliminate upfront capital expenditures, focus IT professionals on revenue-drivers and enable employees to work whenever and wherever.

Tango Networks (booth 1924) will introduce wireless business continuity, a cost-saving approach that keeps companies’ operations running in the event they lose PBX or WAN connectivity. Working with any phone or enterprise phone system, it leverages employees’ mobile phones for backup, eliminating the need for on-site equipment or leased circuits.

Tata Communications (booth 1621) will demonstrate how Global SIP Connect, jamvee™ Unified Communications, Click2RTC™ APIs and InstaCC Global™ (a cloud based hosted contact center solution) help multinational companies communicate and collaborate globally across various platforms.

tekVizion (booth 1937) will introduce and showcase onTAP, a unified communications lab in the cloud for on-demand multi-vendor verification and certification testing with ongoing demonstrations throughout the event in our booth.

Telesphere, a Vonage Company (booth 1429), will introduce VideoConnect, an on-demand virtual meeting space that enables business-quality face-to-face video collaboration for impromptu or scheduled meetings. Through its clear connection and enterprise-grade security, VideoConnect allows employees to communicate from the boardroom, desktop, laptop, or mobile device and share high resolution content – anywhere, anytime.

TeleTech’s Technology Solutions Group (TSG) (booth 1806) is launching an Avaya-powered UC and CC cloud offering as part of its growing contact center and customer experience solutions portfolio. Extending the feature-rich Avaya Aura® platform to customers in a simple utility pricing model, the offer provides clients greater business scalability and financial flexibility.

Unify (booth 305) will announce several enhancements to Circuit, its next-generation solution that enables a better way to work. Circuit brings together voice, video, messaging, screen share, and file sharing in a single pane of glass, with one view across all devices. It removes the burden of app switching, thereby freeing people to focus on collaborating.

Vaddio (booth 734) proudly introduces the RoboSHOT 12 USB PTZ conferencing camera with USB 3.0 and IP (H.264) streaming, HDMI output and Tri-Synchronous Motion technology. Also being highlighted is the AV Bridge MATRIX PRO, an AV room solution for USB/IP applications.

Videxio (booth 1443), a cloud video service provider, will be unveiling their new software client as well as extended voice conferencing connectivity. Both of these features will contribute to providing Videxio users with a seamless platform experience, building on Videxio’s mission to make video an integrated part of organizations’ workflows.

Vidyo (booth 621), “Best of Enterprise Connect” finalist, will unveil VidyoWorks™ on Smart Glasses, an innovative solution that enables hands free, see-what-I-see applications. Vidyo will also demonstrate its contact center reference design, remote agent solution on a Vpod kiosk, a healthcare application with American Well and our integration with MS Lync.
