A common theme running through all the tips – and indeed, a common theme for any successful organization or project – is communication. Whether a team is working together in an office or working virtually, communication is one of the keys to success.
A recent survey by Software Advice, an online resource that helps buyers choose the right software, looked at the work challenges for remote team members. The survey of approximately 300 professionals found that 38 percent of respondents said communication was the main challenge when collaborating on virtual projects.
