UCaaS Offering Targets Mid-market Customers

This solution, OnAvaya™, is hosted by Google Cloud Platform. The solution will be marketed through Jenne’s reseller customers to their end-user customers.

OnAvaya, a turnkey cloud solution, allows small and mid-market businesses to leverage the full capabilities of Avaya IP Office™ and IP Office™ Contact Center through a monthly subscription model. Businesses benefit by moving from a traditional capital expenditure (CapEx) model to an operating expense (OpEx) model. The businesses’ customers benefit from having the same communication abilities and speed whether they are in the office, on the road, or working from home.

Benefits to Jenne Avaya Partners, who offer the OnAvaya solution, include enhanced revenue streams and margins with minimal additional investment, as well as new opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell to their customers. New business partners to Avaya are required to complete the online Partner application and agree to the Terms and Conditions. Existing Avaya Partners are required to sign a hosted service amendment.
