I recently had the opportunity to participate in a videocast covering a new way for businesses to host virtual town hall meetings and other online virtual events. Traditional corporate webcasts have been a one-way presentation, lacking the interactivity needed to engage and keep the full interest of the audience. By allowing any attendee to join the presenter on video, for a full face-to-face interaction, a number of benefits can be quickly realized.
