Delivering Unified Communications to end users using Skype for Business has been on Microsoft’s big project list for quite some time. While the service is still within its infancy, Microsoft has just announced a significant addition to the Skype for Business family of products.
Microsoft has just announced that it has purchased Event Zero, an enterprise platform that helps administrators deliver and troubleshoot Skype for Business deployments.
Microsoft mentions that their intention of buying Event Zero is to give enterprises the same powerful features that end users currently enjoy with the Skype UCaaS platform.
