Comprehensive Visibility, In-Depth Reporting and Account Management for All Lifesize Cloud Subscribers

October 17, 2014, Austin TX – Lifesize, a division of Logitech (NASDAQ: LOGI) (SIX: LOGN), today announced the release of a new dashboard monitoring system for Lifesize Cloud. The measurement platform gives account managers the necessary insights – such as user and room participation, call and device usage – to make timely, accurate decisions on how to manage existing subscription access, or scale Lifesize Cloud within their organization. The dashboard is available to all Lifesize Cloud subscribers.

Lifesize Cloud customers can access reporting for both instant and scheduled calls, as a part of their existing subscription. The dashboard update offers customers deepened insight and measurement for the most holistic reporting experience available – across users and rooms with video systems – all in one centralized location.

“The new dashboard gives our customers a quick, consolidated and sophisticated view of how to best use Lifesize Cloud for their specific needs,” said Michael Helmbrecht, vice president of product marketing. “When you have hundreds of employees across many offices around the globe, getting a clear, 360-degree view of meetings and usage used to be a logistical nightmare. Lifesize wants to help its customers be more successful by having connected relationships, and the new reporting tool empowers them to do just that.”

“Most organizations lack visibility into how well – or poorly – their company is communicating in the cloud,” said Jon Arnold, principal of analyst firm, J Arnold & Associates. “There is significant demand for insightful measurement, which will give companies the context they need in order to make the most of their video conferencing assets, and scale appropriately.”

The new dashboard will give Lifesize Cloud customers access to the following resources, at no additional cost:

  • Reporting Dashboard – Delivers a comprehensive overview on a simple interface that doesn’t require account managers to hassle IT, plus insight and visibility into how to best manage meetings and resources.
  • Live Metrics – Provide insight on usage and demand – including total minutes, total calls, top users, top rooms and device usage – to underscore ROI of video conferencing investment.
  • Incremental Reporting Feature – Easily export and share monthly and quarterly reports, with most recent meeting data.

“In checking on the new reporting dashboard feature, Lifesize has added important data gathering information that will greatly assist and validate how Lifesize Cloud is used within an organization,” noted John Stritt, Distance Learning Coordinator, ESU10. “It’s a valuable addition to the Lifesize Cloud application.”
