New Indosoft Call Center Software Offer Gives ACD System To Cloud Providers

Indosoft announces a new program offering its call center software to providers of Cloud telephony services. This allows UC providers to supply their clients with world-class ACD system with no capital expense.

January 30, 2015, Fredericton, NB – Indosoft Inc. is launching a new time limited program to offer its Q-Suite call center software to providers of Cloud phone services. Q-Suite has been used by contact centers around the world to provide automated call distribution (ACD), multi-channel queuing, and skills-based-routing for more than a decade. Through this program, Cloud based Unified Communications (UC) service providers can offer a top of the line ACD system to their existing clients without having to incur capital expense towards the acquisition of the call center software.

In recent years, the adoption of Cloud services for telephony has increased at an exponential rate. Expensive legacy PBX systems are being replaced by advanced voice solutions with flexible Voice Over IP (VoIP) offerings.
