Unified communications (UC) solutions provider ShoreTel (SHOR) has announced plans to acquire Corvisa for approximately $8.5 million.
ShoreTel said the acquisition is expected to help the company enhance its cloud communications portfolio and accelerate its fiscal 2017 hosted revenue growth to at or around 30 percent.
