Company is Expanding Sales Presence in EMEA and APAC to Meet Growing Demand

August 17, 2015, Herndon, VA – VBrick today announced record growth in annual software subscription sales, driven by high market demand for its Rev® next-generation enterprise video platform. This momentum includes a 59% growth in new software and subscription sales in Q2 2015 compared to the same period the prior year and a massive 274% increase in first-half FY2015 subscription annual contract value.

The positive sales momentum comes from large-scale, enterprise-wide deployments of its Rev enterprise video platform within VBrick’s traditionally strong North American and European base, as well as dozens of new customers in the U.S., U.K., France, India, Canada, Australia and Indonesia. VBrick also announced plans to expand its global sales reach, with France and Australia being the first markets with added sales presence.

The growth is the culmination of a number of go-to-market strategies, including commercial availability and market adoption of the company’s next-generation Rev platform, expansion of the company’s direct and indirect sales channels, and execution on its relationship with Cisco. Since its selection in April to be Cisco’s enterprise video solution, VBrick has trained nearly 200 Cisco partners worldwide on the sale and implementation of the VBrick Rev platform resulting in accelerating opportunity momentum in the Cisco sales channel.

Rev enables organizations to unleash the power of video to educate, inform and inspire employees anywhere and on any device. The platform’s ease of use increases engagement and adoption by delivering the same consumer-grade experience employees expect from their use of video and social media sites. Customers can stream high quality live and on-demand video across their own networks using Rev’s embedded eCDN capabilities, which ensure that video uses the least possible bandwidth.

“It was obvious when we looked at Rev that VBrick had built the platform from the ground up to take advantage of modern technologies,” said John Maas, Manager, Conferencing Technology IT Infrastructure & Operations for Moffitt Cancer Center. “Since Rev lets us manage all of our video in the cloud, my team doesn’t have to spend valuable time maintaining on premise servers and systems. Instead, we can focus on producing content that helps Moffitt meet its mission to eradicate cancer through world-leading clinical research and to help patients fight the disease,” Maas said.

As the industry’s first, cloud-native platform for enterprise video, VBrick Rev allows organizations to rapidly deploy their own video management system (in days, versus months) without incurring the infrastructure costs, staffing requirements and system downtime required to deploy and maintain traditional server-based, on premise products.

“In today’s multinational business environment, CEOs are challenged more than ever before to ensure their employees are aligned with the goals and strategy of the company,” said Shelly Heiden, CEO of VBrick. “Rev enables business leaders to use the power and impact of video to communicate live with thousands of employees simultaneously, regardless of their location. Our first half sales momentum validates that there is tremendous pent-up demand in the enterprise for a solution like Rev,” she said.
