Videonor Adds “One-Click-To_Join” Capabilities to Product Offerings

August 31, 2017, Oslo, Norway – Videonor has partnered with Synergy SKY to bring “one-click-to-join” technology to customers beginning in September 2017.

The new capabilities allow customers to join meetings from Cisco and Polycom endpoints by a simple click. The dialing in process is automated, so the invited endpoint will have a prompt to join their respective meeting, and instead of dialing in, they simply click “join”. Additionally, endpoints will auto dial out to other endpoints included in the meeting invite for a seamless process no matter from where you join.

The one-click feature immediately gets you into your meeting so there are no late starts or missed meetings, no frustrating technical hurdles, and will improve general overall adoption of video meetings within an organization.

With so many devices to join meetings from, Videonor focuses on interoperability and ease of use.  “The value of “one click to join” elevates the ease of use with Cisco and Polycom endpoints unlike ever before”, says Øyvind Reed, Videonor CEO.

Videonor can now enable “one-click-to-join” from video endpoints into Skype for Business, WebEx, Spark, and your standard VMR meeting. External Skype for Business invitations are forwarded to video systems automatically.

The solution supports on-premise installations of Microsoft Skype for Business and Exchange, as well as Office 365.
