Combine audio and video conferencing for connectivity where you need it, when you need it.
February 1, 2016, Oslo, Norway, – Videxio, a leading cloud video service provider, today announced that it has simplified and extended the reach of the user experience on the Videxio service through integration with additional leading audioconferencing providers including Intercall, Arkadin, Level3 and AT&T. This enhanced capability provides users with a single click-to-join capability, allowing them to attend the meeting using their current audioconferencing services and workflows.
“The Videxio service is all about creating the best meeting experience that can replace the need for physical meetings,” says Tom Erik Lia, CEO of Videxio. “Today’s announcement provides a seamless inclusion of audio participants in a Videxio Virtual Meeting Room call, without changing the workflow of the audio participants joining the meeting. The simplicity of bringing together audio and video participants in a seamless collaboration session will help accelerate user adoption on the Videxio service.”
In addition to using the built-in audio conferencing capabilities provided by Videxio, customers can now integrate their Virtual Meeting Room experience with the audioconferencing services of Intercall, Level3, Level3+WebEx, Arkadin, GlobalMeet and AT&T, for a seamless and easy way for audio participants to join the video meeting. This augments the current audio functionality that allows participants to dial-in and join the meeting over a local audio dial-in number in over 50 countries. Videxio also provides the My Meeting Audio App, which enables users to join their video meetings on audio with the push of a single button, directly from their smart phone. The integration with the 3rd party audio conferencing providers is available for all customers of Videxio from today.
