Yealink, the globally recognized leader in Unified Communication & Collaboration (UC&C) solutions, recently announced a significant transition of its Yealink Management Cloud Service (YMCS) to the Microsoft Azure platform.

Today, YMCS is hosted in Azure Blob Storage, with data centers located in Virginia, USA, and Paris, France, providing localized data storage in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

In a recent interview, Alvin Liao, a representative from Yealink, provided insight into this strategic decision. He began by emphasizing that Yealink has a global brand reputation to uphold.

This migration is a strategic move that further reinforces the security infrastructure of Yealink’s product line, responding to increased demand for secure solutions in the UC&C and AV industries, he confirmed.

YMCS is an innovative cloud-based solution that comprehensively manages Yealink’s voice, video, and headset devices. The platform simplifies remote management, provisioning, and troubleshooting, enhancing productivity and operational efficiency.
